Design Features
One-Piece Thru Shaft: Ensures strength and dependability of alve and positive positioning of valve plate.
O-Ring: Helps prevent shaft leakage.
Precision Taper Pin: Ensure positive vibration proof, shaft to disc connection. Field replaceable.
Precision Disc Profile: Provides bubble-tight shut-off and assures maximum effective torque and longer seat life.
Supported Shaft Seal: Bonding of elastomer to phenolic backing ring protects against shaft leakage, a common cause of distortion and deformation.
Applicable to both gaseous mediums and liquid mediums.
Bi-directional shut off.
Optional maintenance pipeline terminal.
